Growing with a wire - Karma Plants

Plants love peat. Peat holds moisture, contains nutrition and also provides the right acidity. So that's why most potting soil contains peat. But that is changing. Because of a simple but very effective blue/white wire!

Peat freeLost the thread already?

We don’t. Because we’ve recently visited our preferred supplier Karma Plants, and they told us all about the 'Grown with Waterwick' cultivation system. This is an innovation, through which the plant absorbs its water and nutrition through the WaterWick, the thread. This way, the plant gets the right amount of water and the nutrition it needs. And that makes the peat in the soil unnecessary. And the consumer? They give always the right amount of water. Super convenient, right? Karma Plants has even developed a decoration pot especially for the Waterwick. See full assortment here.
