The Jewel Orchid is a terrestrial orchid. This means that in nature, they live on the ground rather than in trees, like other orchids. They are mainly found in Southeast Asia, where they grow on the floor of tropical forests, sheltered by the shade of other tropical plants. Indoors, they prefer a spot with indirect light and a temperature between 16 and 25 °C. It is important to keep the soil slightly moist.
